Based on extensive research in child development, Aware Parenting questions the more mainstream views of domination or authoritarian parenting by understanding that babies and children have real feelings and need to express them just like any adult. It focuses on healing past traumas and hurts and being able to hold space for our children to listen to their feelings.

Aware Parenting raises children who are more cooperative, loving and empathetic. I have seen this first hand in my own parenting journey with my child.

The Aware Parenting journey gives us a beautiful chance to connect deeply with our children, with each other and with ourselves and our own internal being.
