These workshops are for ANYONE who needs some inspiration, direction and real tools to use to clear the hidden blocks that hold you back.   Select the title to expand on what you’ll be learning in this session.

We often take up the authoritative model of communication that we experienced as a child (through our parents) or we flip to the opposite and become a door mat.  Neither works!  What does work is having the ability to clearly state what you feel, need and expect of the other person without sending them into a frenzy of defensiveness and retaliation.  Let us teach you how to do that with confidence and how to step into your inner zen strength as you do that so that your energy is calm, open hearted and yet clearly sets your boundaries.

A six part workshop that sets you on the path to transforming your life in an empowering way.  Find out why you haven’t been able to move forward and remove those blockages.  At the end of this series of workshops you will have the tools to shape your life in a way that motivates and empowers you.

Let’s look at your goals and ensure you have identified your intention clearly, that it’s aligned with who you really are and is not to make others happy.  We uncover the reasons why goals can be harmful and how to turn that around into meaningful, heart centered goals that motivate you.  Each week we check on the steps and monitor progress.

Power of Gratitude & Kindness

Did you know that having these two aspects fully in your life not only raises your positivity but also raises your health AND chances of achieving life satisfaction?  We look at practical ways to incorporate gratitude and kindness into everyday life and reap the benefits to maximise your results.

Authentic Living

Too often our happiness is railroaded by living an uninspiring, in-authentic life.  If you’re making everyone else happy, and you’re miserable, then this is for you!  Find out your true values and let’s get you, and your crew, on track with them!

Embracing Vulnerability

We tackle the hidden and often not looked at areas in our life that we feel guilt and toxic shame around.  We’ll give you specific tools to help you move beyond those feelings so that you can make amends or just let go of the belief you shoulda/coulda done something about it.  Moving beyond the shame is a space of gentle vulnerability that can create a sense of compassion and allow you to finally break free of the past.  A powerful and moving place to create and manifest from.

Forgiveness

Forgiveness of what others have done that have affected us is not about absolving them from the act, it’s about allowing you to move on from it, so the resentment and anger no longer poisons you!  We give you some tools on how to let go of the anger and hurt so you can be free to move into your life without this holding you back.

Raising Positivity

That mind clatter and negative voice can get too loud and play too big a role in our happiness if we let it!  In this week we give you specific tools to help quieten it down so you can feel more positive, happy and take steps toward implementing it in your life.

Learning how to Bounce Back from Hard Times

Sometimes emotions get stuck and we find it hard to bounce back from a negative experience such as death of a loved one, loss of a job or relationship or feeling like life has it in for you in general.  When we get stuck in an negative emotion and feel helpless about it then you need practical and proven skills to shift your energy back into life fully.  In this workshop, we’ll support you to do that and we’ll give you skills to use again and again in life because, let’s face it, stuff happens in life that we can’t control.  We just need the skills to bounce back from it.

Basic Emotional Freedom Techniques - (parts 1 - 3)

EFT is a powerful self help tool when used in the right way.  Many people learn from the internet and then find it just doesn’t work for them and wonder why.  There is a right way to use it and effective and fast ways to get great results for a variety of issues such as – anger, grief, worry, anxiety, overcoming habits, food addictions, alcohol addictions, smoking, pain relief, symptom relief, allergies, fears, phobias and performance anxiety and improvement.  There are SO many ways to use EFT and it can save you lots of $$ when you apply it regularly to your every day challenges.

This course is spread out over a number of sessions to show you how to  use it and ensure that in between sessions you can practice and get support to tune your application.
